How MediNav works — and how we make money
Medicare is full of people trying to sell you something. We're not one of them. Here's exactly how we operate, in plain language.
💵 How we make money
Checking what you qualify for is always free. We make money only from optional paid plans (Watch $9/mo, Watch+ $19/mo) families choose when they want year-round vigilance. That's our only revenue.
🚫 No commissions, ever
We are not insurance agents or brokers and take no commissions from any plan. When we compare plans, we rank them purely on your cost and fit — never on what pays us. We are not a third-party marketing organization (TPMO).
🔒 We never sell your information
Your data is used to help you and no one else. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers or insurers. If you connect Medicare, that happens directly and securely at Medicare.gov — we never see your password.
🏛️ We are not the government
MediNav is a private company. We are not Medicare, Social Security, CMS, or any state agency, and we're not endorsed by them. The programs and decisions are always theirs.
📊 Where the numbers come from
Before you connect Medicare, every figure is an estimate built from the programs you appear to qualify for and 2026 published amounts (Part B premium $202.90/mo, Extra Help ~$5,700/yr, Savings Program limits). We show ranges, not promises. Connecting Medicare replaces estimates with exact plan and Part D figures from CMS Blue Button 2.0.
✅ Always verify
States differ and rules change. Treat our results as a strong starting point, then confirm with Social Security, your state Medicaid office, or a free SHIP counselor (1-800-MEDICARE) before you rely on them.
